Town Locations & Rental With Private Beach?

Question: What towns are ocean side versus bay side? And also we are looking to stay somewhere that might have private small beach with the property and a town that's not too far from kids activities but away from the hussle and bussel.

You'll find vacation rentals with private beaches, away from the hustle and bustle, all over the Cape.

Just as an example, this rental property in West Yarmouth has a private beach. It's in a nice, family-oriented neighborhood, close to Hyannis for lots of activities, yet far enough off the main road for peace and quiet:
