Cape Cod Baseball League Donations

Question: Are Cape Cod Baseball League donations tax deductible if I itemize my deductions? I gave about $200 at the games I went to in 2010.

How about Buster Posey winning the 2010 National League "Rookie of the Year" award? It seems like just yesterday he was playing in the Cape Cod League!

Regarding the very generous donations you made at Cape League baseball games, I have to tell you that tax questions are waaaaay beyond my expertise.

I'd suggest that you check with your accountant for an answer.
